Looking from the courthouse grounds at Granbury, Texas. Another attempt at HDR. It prevented the blown-out skies, but I'm not entirely happy with it.
More work to do.
Now all that is wrong with it are the cars.. If there were old 20's cars it would be perfect. The whole scene looks 20ish except for the cars.
Nice-Barbarian. I've only half attempted to do HDR, I need to take time!!! :)
I have been trying some HDR, there are times it is great and other times, not so much. I agree if the cars were older it would look like a period image.

Someone tell me why it looks 20ish. I got the same impression, but other than it looks like a faded postcard picture, I'm not sure why. BTW, it might be possible. The Granbury visitors Bureau might be willing to let me block the streets early one morning and find a classic car club to try it out, along with a few people in period dress. Might be a hoot to try.
But why does it look old? I don't know.
Yes that would be a great idea!
I am not sure why it looks 20ish, someone else may have an idea.
