Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

These pics were taken in our backyard a few nights ago. We were all sitting around the fire hanging out, and I thought the fireplace would make a good picture, so the camera came out, and I snapped a few shots.

The first two pics were taken with a 30 second shutter speed, at F10, and 800 ISO. The last pic was taken with a 20 sec. shutter speed, at F10, and 800 ISO.

Our family is on the right side, but of course, you cant see them.

Thank you for the suggestions, I used all of them except for ISO 100, and the F stop. What's wrong with F10

Try F5.6 and a bit brighter image, same exposure time. Never seen anything like this before, more like a lantern than a fire, looks a cosy but dangerous contraption to me, obviously not an indoor shot.

Thank you for all of your advice.
