Visited this afternoon. They feature Chicken, Pork, Beef Brisket, and Smoked sausage. My favorite is the Po' Boy, which is all four meats chopped together (sounds awful, but tastes wonderful) and heaped on a huge bun. Comes with fries and a beer bottle filled with warm barbeque sauce, which is very, very good.
That sounds delicious. And it looks like a great place to enjoy it. :)
I would love to eat there. Sounds wonderful!
When I read the topic I thought, I didn't know people in Texas had smokehouses, it's been a long time since I've seen a smokehouse.
Oops! Not the same kind of smokehouse we use to have in NC. You got me on this one!
