Title: Conversation Re: Mini Challenge #24~SUMMER'S END
Post by: Gabriel on September 09, 2008, 12:38:48 PM
That was a great topic choice!

Can you believe that summer is over already?   :-\   >:(   :(   :'(

But hey, Jesus created time, and He will have me do what He will have me do, even when it seems like there are not enough hours in the day....

These are great photos.  I like the one at the school, as you say, it is nice to see it there.   I also like the boats and water and sun.  These are three of my favorite things to see in pictures.

Steve (Fotobirder), great shot.  We get Hummingbirds here at our house, sometimes in great numbers.  We have a feeder on the outside of a window in the kitchen so we can watch them.  I am amazed at their aggressiveness!

Thanks. It took me about an hour to write. ;D Then about two hours and the help of my wife to figure out what would rhyme with "Flower."    These are amazing little birds. Many don't make it on the long migration. But those who do will usually come back to the same spot they left. God Created them with a built in navigation systems. They do stray every once and a while.  BUt I'm almost positive that their record is better than mine. :yikes: On straying that is.

Thanks Marilyn. :) I love to write poems. Sometimes it's hard to make them rhyme.  ;D We need more entries. Hope everyone has their cameras clicking or already has pictures ready to enter.

Again, the crownds are gone, the only sounds are from the waves and the gulls.  Surrounded by His creation, with no other distractions, it seems easier to focus on God and hear him

Doug, do you have a title for this one?
