Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Oldiesmann: So sorry for your loss Carol. Praying for you and your family :( 2022-05-01, 17:13:05

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

How to Use This Board

Here's our Fifth Challenge for you all, suggested by Loren who won the last Challenge.

"LEADING LINES"

Details:

  • Show us your best photos of illustrating "LEADING LINES" for this challenge.  This would mean some sort of lines leading to the subject of the photo.  Here is an opportunity to come up with some fascinating and creative pictures!

  • Use the attachment feature to show your photos (see directions above in the link to "How to Use This Board") in your post or link to them from your gallery or an offsite location that allows linking using the image codes.  If you have trouble, please contact a moderator (name in blue) or an administrator (name in red) and we'll help you post your photo.  If you have your photo in your gallery, please don't use the attachment feature as that puts the photo on our server twice but rather link to it.

  • Please upload up to 4 entries per member for this challenge.

  • The challenge is open now and will be locked to uploads on Saturday, July 1st, 2006 and then we'll vote on them.

  • Please put a title in your post for your photos.  We need the title for the poll.

  • Of course, we're going to see who is posting the photos so this is not an anonymous challenge.  So start posting.  Click on the "Reply" button below and start this challenge!
Remember, this is a fun project!

Thanks to Loren for suggesting this topic.  He was the winner of our last Challenge entitled "Reflections".  Thanks Loren!

Out in the country you don't have crisp lines....except when it is below zero!!

Nice job Etta Sue!  I have to go out there and do some shooting myself (if I can find the time!).  I'm having internet problems right now.  My 3 meg cable connection is now running a little slower than dial-up (a problem I've had for about a month now).  The cable guy's coming out this afternoon.  Pray that he can fix it for me! :)  I wish everyone good luck on this challenge.  I'm looking forward to seeing all the wonderful shots.  God Speed.

Pat

Ray, I hope you get that cable fixed.  Horrible to have computer problems!

some really great entries, but I guess I should have explained 'leading lines' better. It means that there should be lines in the photo leading your eye directly to the subject. I have been on vacation so was not able to enter one in. I see its not closed yet but am assuming that as it is July 1 it is closed.
