Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

Such Beautiful Photos. Color is great. But sometimes it's great to look at things in Black and White. Judy's photo was a real Winner. But the Moon and The Eagle and the Gannets and The baby. We'll were do I stop. The Deer, The beautiful Rock Formation and the Sunlight through the trees, The Pier photo, and the Snow capped Peaks, and The beautiful Water Falls. And not to forget the Plants with water drops. Any one of you could have been number 1. But there can only be one winner. :) :) But I loved all the photos. :thumbsup2: :thumbsup2: :groupwave: :groupwave: :cp: :cp:

Have a blessed day

Just to let you now that I've been in the Hospital with a bad swollen infected foot. I had to cancel our Fall Trip. But the Lord is good. I had so many of my friends praying for me. After I got out, my Pediarist checked my foot and messed with it and Said "This Foot needs Surgery." I didn't hear him say that but my wife did. I just happen to have my Hearing Aide out. But he set up An MRI thinking I might have Infection in the Bone. Well, I didn't get any calls and my foot looks a lot better. The Therapy Guy they sent out  said that "I walked better than he did" and left. Our Church Administrator for Senior Adults (and one of our best friends.) came by to Share and pray with us. Afterwards she said " Steve why don't you go to the Ocean when you get out. The Salt water will be a lot better for your foot." Susan was right. So were going to St. Augustine, Florida next week. The Gwinnett County Voters Association have mad it easy for me to vote. I don't have to wait in line. I'm changing over to medicare and it had really hit a snare. But this one lady worked with me over the phone and we got it all straight. Also while I was in the Hospital, my Blood Sugar got so high that they had to give me Insulin. I have type 2 Diabetes. At first, I refused the Insulin. But my wife being a Retired RN told me to take it because of the Infection. They did an A1C test on me and I didn't want to know the results. This is the overall number of how good or bad the Diabetes is. It came back 6.6 which is a great number. I know I made this long. But all of these results came through answered Prayer. I hadn't been able to go to our Church in over a Month. But they had something last night for the Baby Boomers and I was able to go. I t was great to see my Pastor and all my Friends. You don't know what you have until you lose it. I've missed being on Line and posting messages with the wonderful Christian Friends I have on this Website. Oh! I forgot to tell you what happen before all of this. Our Air Conditioner went out and flooded the ceiling and our Hard wood floors. They had to run loud heaters to get the rooms to about 90 degrees. That's the only way the Water under the Hardwoods would evaporate and they could lift them up and see the damage.  So, we had to stay in a motel for 4 nights. I made a reservation for 2 nights and was going to change motels. But something was going on and all the Motels were booked. We managed to find one that was super expensive but at least we made it through. Part of our Bedroom is still a concrete floor. But hopefully soon we'll have everything back to normal. This wonder company is helping us and now we will get all of it replaced (Except for the AC and Furnace that was 15 years old). We got to change things around a little and make it better than it was. I'll end on that by saying. God always makes thing better than they were. It's very hard to be in the Storm but when He's in the Midst of your Storm with you then you can know that "Weeping shall last but A night. But Joy shall come in the Morning.."

Steve, I was very pleased to see your entries in the challenge after what seemed to me to be a long dry spell.  I had been wondering why we hadn't heard from you.  And now on reading of the reason for your absence I can only be thankful to our Lord for seeing you through all of your troubles.  I know He will continue to uphold and strengthen you, and you are added to my prayer list.

This absolutely blows me away thank you so much.  My computer showed different results to the end. Last of Summer Wine was a shot that I wondered "if this will work"? I was surprised when it did, even more surprised to win.

I will be taking some time to come up with the next Challenge, any suggestions will be welcomed.  Feel free to private message me.  Again thamk you for liking the picture.

JudyB

Steve I'm sorry to hear of your troubles.  I have family members who have dealt with Type 2 and it is no fun.  Reading labels and watching sugar intake........
I will be praying for you as you continue to monitor the levels and find what you can and cannot do.  One thi ng we have found is exercise helps control sugar levels, just watch the numbers that you don't go too low..

Betty

Congratulations Judy.  I thought we had some good entries. It was hard to come up with a challenge so I'm glad things went well for it.Now I'm glad you get to think up the next one. I'm looking forward to it.

Enjoying God's handiwork!
