Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Oldiesmann: So sorry for your loss Carol. Praying for you and your family :( 2022-05-01, 17:13:05

Carol: My husband Don is with the angels.....Our family was able to hold  ourselves together for the last moments.  Juar rhoufhr you might want to know. 2022-04-29, 23:35:15

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

Beautiful work, everyone.  Congrats!
I'm sold out and committed to go all the way with Jesus.  He is my lord, and savior, and I love him because he first loved me.  The more I look to him, the more deeply I fall in love with him.  He has done marvelous things in me, and through me. I'm awesomely created in HIS image, and I'm filled with his spirit.  It's Christ in me, the hope of glory.  I'm a warrior, a victorious warrior, coming against powers and principalities and wickedness in high places. God has given us ALL things that pertain unto righteousness....hallelujah!  He's worthy to be praised, and worshiped and adored.

MaxA

Thank you so very much for recognizing the image made at George Smith State Park, which is located around twenty miles from where I live. This is a place that I like to retreat, along with my wife, as our "little get a way". We were going through some difficult days when this image was made, but God gave us such a wonderful "painting" to look at, and it certainly helped us take our minds off of our troubles. I am not pantheistic, but I certainly marvel at God's handiwork. I never cease to be amazed at seeing the way that God paints his lovely pictures. I love the colors, shadows, light, the symmetry of His creative work. When you are able to take a camera and then "paint with light",  you are also able to make journeys to revisit that place that holds a special place in your heart, without actually going there!  Again thanks for your votes and thanks for all of your wonderful photos that addressed the theme of "Trees" so very well!

Congratulations MaxA!  This was a great shot!

Yes, a BIG congratulations, MaxZ.

And thank you for the votes on my "Mountaintop Lonely Tree" photo.  It was taken along the Blue Ridge Parkway at the top of the mountains there.  ;)

We have your topic for the next Challenge and we'll get it sorted and up by the weekend.
