We are getting a good snow. Last night, I set up my equipment that included some changes. It took me awhile to dial everything in, but before I could do so, conditions changed and instead of nice, individual crystals, the storm was producing large damaged flakes. Still, I was able to capture this with the new equipment. This photo shows me the new lens I'm using has a great deal of promise. If I can do a bit better with the lighting, I should get a pretty decent snowflake photo. It's fun, but I didn't get any sleep yet and it's 5:30 AM! Yikes! :D
