Well ladies as promised here is a sure thing at CHRISTMAS TIME in our house at least.  My husband makes this up each & every year for us to enjoy.  We also make it up as gifts for the teachers at school.  Best of all it freezes really well too. So, here's the recipe that I promised * if you have questions about it feel free to PM me ok !!

2 - 8 oz. packages of PHILLY CREAM CHEESE - softened
1/2 pint sour cream - 1 cup
2 TBLSP. dry minced onions
1/2 pkg. sharp cheddar cheese - shredded fine

Mix all the above ingredients together in a large bowl. Once you have mixed everything up then wrap up in some foil & place into the freezer until ready to use. Serve with crackers & enjoy.

MAKES 1 CHEESEBALL
