Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Notice that many people who do not live in in TX have not heard of Frito Pie and so here is the recipe.

Frito Pie

3 cups Fritos corn chips (or more if you have more company)
3/4 cup chopped onion (or more if you like a lot of onion)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese or a can of cheddar cheese (more if you like cheese)
2-1/2 cups chili (homemade, canned, whatever)
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spread 2 cups of Fritos in a baking dish. Sprinkle half the onion and half the cheese over the Fritos. Pour the chili over the onion and cheese. Sprinkle the remaining Fritos, onion and cheese over the chili.

Bake for 15 or 20 minutes and cheese is bubbly. Serve hot.

Thissound the same as Chilie Bellies. All the same ingredients only Chili Bellies are in individual servings that can be carried around in a little paper dish.

ah, sometimes I see Frito Pir here at the fair, but when I say "frito pie!" they look at me like I am insane!

The other day I made this as a snack for my in laws and kids, the whole dish was gone by the end of the hour!

Sounds very good.  Here at the fairs we have Walking Nachos.  A small bag of Fritos with the side opened.  Add some chili, onions and cheese...Walking Nachos!!
