1 28 oz can tomatillos
1 bunch green onions
1 teas.sugar
jalapeno peppers toasted and peeled
1 clove crushed garlic.
1 lime
1 bunch fresh cilantro
The amount of peppers depends on your taste.
In the Blender blend the peppers, crushed garlic, juice of 1/2 lime and sugar. For the diabetic use Sweet and Low instead of sugar.
Chop 1/2 bunch cilantro and onions fine.
Put it all in a bowl and stir.
Store in refridgerator.
