As I said upon my return a lot has happened since I was here last ... So, where do I begin to share the news. Well I just ask that if when you read all that I am going to share that you NOT turn your backs on me and ban me from the site but I am just asking that you please keep everything in prayer. So let me start off with my family ...
MY HUSBAND ... Bless his heart <3 he has been working non stop on our new addition. We had a new addition added to our property just about 1 year ago and it was wonderful watching it go up and see something new added each an every day. Right now my loving husband has been working on the inside getting a summer kitchen ready for me so I am able to do canning this summer / fall which I am praying that the Lord blesses us w/ a good crop. When he's not busy working with that he is keeping busy with his 9 to 5 job and that is a job that is non stop.
MY DAUGHTER - Has been keeping herself busy as well. She recently got herself a job after NOT working for 5 years and she finally found something that she is enjoying. She is a CASHIER and has been there for almost 1 year as of 9/12 - 2014. She gets a PAID VACATION this year and so we are taking a trip to the East Coast to visit my family in New Hampshire in September as my sister is getting married & I will do my best to get some pictures to bring back to share.
Also my daughter met someone in the church back in August 2009. It will be 5 years next month that they have been together. But, the last 2 years { as of 7/20 } have been really hard because he is in prison for somethings that he has done that he is not very proud of. So, I'm a asking that you please keep him in prayer. They have been engaged for 3 years and sometime in the near future when things get back to normal they will be getting married. And yes if your going to ask they are both Christians. He is due to get out of prison in February 2015. It is going to be hard when he get's out as he will be needing a place to live and cannot live here with us till they are married. He will have to prove to my husband that he can
1- Stay out of trouble
2- Get himself back on track
3- Get his GED so that he can graduate & find a good paying job
4- Get himself back into church & stay there
So if he is able to do all that they he will get the approval of her dad to marry him. So, she has been working hard to SAVE MONEY so that they can have a place to live and for her to be able to sometime MOVE OUT and so she has also been working hard to get her COLLEGE LOANS paid off and has done very well with that. So, please continue to PRAY for her.
MY SONS - The oldest has been married for 6 years next month. No grandchildren as of yet but maybe sometime but I am not going to count my chickens just yet. My oldest has also been working very hard w/ his job. My # 2 son ... Has also been working a lot & so he is not married nor does he have a girlfriend. They both LIVE 5 hours from home and the only time that we see them is for Thanksgiving, Christmas & sometimes Easter when they can make it home is great. However we are praying that they are able to make it for their Aunts wedding in September so we will see what happens.
MYSELF - I have been keeping busy with odd jobs around the house and helping friends out ... I do make banners for friends / groups on Facebook as a sideline business and the money that I do make goes to PHONE TIME for my daughter and her fiance as phone time is not cheep. I do other things as well as I am a ADMIN on some groups of Facebook and also have a few groups of my own so ... I spend sometime doing that along with keeping my housework up !!
