This recipe is made in your blender.

Guacamole

Into container put

1 ripe avacado, peeled, seeded, and sliced
1 clove garlic
1/2 teas. hot red pepper flakes
3 Tbls. lemon or lime juice, or juice of 1 lemon or lime
4 Tbls. olive oil
1/4 teas. salt or salt substitute

Cover and turn motor on high. Remove cover and stir surface of mixture with a  rubber spatula, being careful no to dip deeply, until thoroughly blended. Serve as a dip for raw vegetables or on sesame-seed crackers. Makes about 1 cup.

This is great, Marilyn!  When I first started eating Mexican food, I didn't like avacado or guacamole.  Now I love it!!!
