Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

Twinkies and Jell-O Dessert

About 12 to 14 Twinkies
1 large pkg strawberry Jell-O
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed

Line bottom of 9 x 13 inch pyrex dish with Twinkies. Make Jell-O according to package directions and pour over Twinkies. Place in refrigerator until set.

Then make vanilla pudding according to package directions. Pour and spread over Jell-O and Twinkies. Top with Cool Whip.  Chill in refrigerator for several hours.  The Twinkies will absorb Jell-O and seem to disappear, all except for the creme filling.

Does this sounds delicious or not?  A very cooling dessert!  But I also can see it for Christmas....being the red strawberry jello is in it.

Question...is the large package of jello the 6-oz. size as well as the pudding?  Are they both the same size or one larger than the other?

Janice

Hi Etta Sue,
I'm not sure of the ounce measurements of the boxes.  I just know that at the store there are 2 sizes of the packages.

Actually I have made this only once and it was before I found this recipe by going to Google.  I didn't add the pudding because I didn't know it was supposed to be in there.  The lady at church who brought it to a potluck said it had Twinkies in it.  I was guessing applesauce, because of the slight texture.  Anyway, it is good.  I will add the pudding next time I make it.  Hope you like it too.
