Title: Chocolate Fudge

Easy Chocolate Fudge

Prep. time 10 mins.

2 Pkgs (8 squares each) Baker's semi sweet
   chocolate
1 can (14 oz) Sweetened condensed milk
2 teas. Vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Microwave: chocolate and milk in large microwave safe bowl on HIGH 2-3 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Spread in foil lined 8" square pan. Refridgerate until firm cut in squares.

Peanut Butter fudge prepare fudge as directed omiting nuts. Drop 1/2 Cup peanut butter by teaspoonfuls on top of fudge. Swirl in with knife to marbelize.

Oh wow.  First I have to vote on over 80 wonderful candy shots at DPChallenge, and just when I think I've got that licked ( :P hahahah), here comes this!  

This sounds too good Marilyn.  Maybe tomorrow!!!

It melts in your mouth. MMMM soooo gooood

Marilyn ~ I have made this but used 12-oz of Chocolate Chips instead of the Baker's Chocolate.  It is so creamy!  And fast!  And delicious!  And full of calories!!!!!!
