4 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp corn starch
3 tbsp plain flour
1.5 cups sugar
3 tbsp butter, melted
4 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
Sift the dry ingrediants together. In a sauce pan, put the melted butter and milk. Add the dry ingrediants stirring constantly (or you will get big ole lumps) over medium heat until thick. When thick, add vanilla and stir some more! Do not let it get too hot as it scorches easily.
Serve hot with biscuits (real biscuits, not those cookie things across the Atlantic )
