Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Oldiesmann: So sorry for your loss Carol. Praying for you and your family :( 2022-05-01, 17:13:05

Carol: My husband Don is with the angels.....Our family was able to hold  ourselves together for the last moments.  Juar rhoufhr you might want to know. 2022-04-29, 23:35:15

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

I will hope Jenny ( Denver ) from Colorado approves of me posting and sharing this photo...Jenny and I am regulars posters on our sister site of Seniors and Friends...We met outside UK's London Baker Street station before a short walk into Regents Park where we stopped for a few hours whilst sharing a chat and a coffee with her accompanying hubby...I am so thankful this meeting took place just before my diagnosis of Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, even though I had walking trouble at the time of our meet-up, just didn't know what was wrong with me at that time...That is me wearing the white blouse and cardi, squinting up my eyes just as the camera flashed...

It's nice to see you with Jenny.  I've known Jenny for several years as we met on the same forum that you now know as Seniors & Friends.  We've met in person a few times also and she is indeed a lovely friend.  Thank you for sharing this bit with us, Jacqueline.  P.S. On the other forum I am known as Jaywalker.  :)

Thank you. I have not been active on S&F for a long time. I guess not since my daughter died.  I have lost two daughters to the same disease and I have also had surgery for breast cancer ... it is now 3 years, so I am a survivor.  I often read on both sites but seldom have anything to say or add to the conversation.  Also, I find that the conversations move so rapidly on S&F that, by the time I come to reply to something, the conversation has moved on past that point.  :-\

Jane...oh I am so sorry to hear that you lost her, also I apologise for my mistake of thinking your last posting, re S & Fs was from last year, when I have now double checked to realise it was dated August 27, 2016...two plus years ago...May God rest your daughters soul's...

No problem, Jacqueline ... Joy died shortly after that post -- September 2, 2016.  She left a huge hole in our hearts because, just as her name says, she brought joy wherever she went.  Every day was an adventure for her. I miss her.
