Job 34:14-15

I have been reading in the book of Job.  I found this verse very interesting and comforting.  

Job 34:14&15
14. If it were his intention and he withdrew his spirit and breath,
15. all mankind would perish together and man would return to the dust.

God is so kind to us. Even though we sin He still loves us.  He gave us His Son to die for our sins.  God did not have to do any of this.  He could have just turned us all to dust again.  He is a kind God and a Loving God.  I am so happy to be a Christian and to know Him.

Sonja, I was re-reading some of our older topics in this "Manna for the Soul" category and I just re-read this written by you.  I found it so refreshing.

He is a kind God and a Loving God.  I am so happy to be a Christian and to know Him.

Thanks for that.  Oh, that so many more would realize that we have a kind and loving God.

I'm so happy too, Sonja, to be one of His own children.

Our Lord Jesus had to bear the guilt for us!  He Who knew no sin: "the Just for the unjust, that He lmight bring us to God." (1 Pet. 3:18 one of my favorite verses in all the Bible)
