"Grace to you and Peace from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ."

Eph. 1

How could Paul say this with such certainty?
Simply because He knew God, he had been captured and censured  by Christ as he continued to persecute and jail believers,  on the Damascus Road, Paul the attacker of the Christian faithful met the risen Christ and heard the Voice of God , "Paul why are you persecuting Me you're only hurting yourself". Paul had come face to face with God.. For the first time in his life this extremely religious Pharisee came face to face with the God of Israel and realised that he did not know God at all!
Paul was accused by the Lord Jesus Christ of persecuting Him!
His feet were knocked from under him.. His false life shown to be just that.. A false, empty ineffectual life outside of Christ the true and living God, his was a life of hatred and frustration, he had no peace, no love in his heart, he was an empty, frustrated man.
Coming suddenly to realise that Christ is risen, and that anyone who persecutes Christ's people are persecuting Christ Himself, filled him with terror, "Lord what must I do?"
What must I do to put things right, what must I do to receive forgiveness for my sins, can I be forgiven, can I start again...
All this must have filled the mind of terrified Paul as he lay in the dust at Christ's feet.
But Pardon there was, full and free. Mercy, Grace, Amazing Love.
All came to Paul through Calvary, through the suffering and death of the Lord Jesus.
And the risen Christ met with the Chief of sinners and gave him a new start.
That is why the Apostle Paul could greet us with the above greeting. "Grace to you and Peace from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ."
Paul had met with Christ, had his sins forgiven and was a new person.
Is that you today?
At the beginning of this new year,
Meet with Christ, let Him give you a new start.
God bless you.

Judy...
...you posted another favourite hymn of mine...

...like Paul, yes please God, forgive me my sins, as i have made many that i am now ashamed of, let me start anew - fresh, as from 2021 onwards, as it is too late to make amends to the one person that meant the world to me...

Here I am Lord, it is I Lord...

Beautiful music...thank you.  It is nice to see the congregation singing. Our church posts music and sermons so we can listen to the Good Word and it is working fairly well.

It is a sunny day here so we took a walk and sat on one of the neighborhood benches.  There is still snow on the ground so we just have to try to walk where it is shoveled.  All of the Christmas ornaments are stored in the basement.  It was a different Christmas but we made it better by telephone calls.

What is happening in your neighborhoods?

I am absolutely blown away by something I found out yesterday evening.  A young man who came here with his 3 year old daughter about 24 years ago has since moved out to Edmonton Alberta.  He knew the gospel however wasn't living the life.
His last conversation with me was "How long can I wait before I die to accept Christ as my Saviour?"  We discussed it i great extent.  Shortly after he left and i haven't seen or heard from him since.  Yesterday I found out that he has turned his life around and is married living the life walking the talk!! Praise God!!!
Some time ago there was a lady I worked with that had all kinds of problems.  I would listen and tell her that she needed to go to church to get answers.  I for a PM from her that she was going to church, and had given her life to Christ!  I was blown away!!
Back in the 80's I would go into the local 7/11 and meet up with Bonnie, again she would tell me what was going on in her life.  I told her she needed to go to church.  Can you imagine my surprise when in the 90's I went to see/hear a friend preach.  And a lady came up to me and said Judy thankyou!

I find these encounters amazing, and I am always blown away by the results.  Why I am surprised I really don't know. Our God is a great God.  However It speaks to the ability that this servant can and has been used. Who am I that you would use me.

The song that Jacqueline posted really answers that question.  I am available to be used. Here I am LORD, Ready and willing to be used.

Thankyou for that song, I am in puddles right now!

Hi, Kids!  Janet checking in again!  We just got home from Garden City (about 60 miles away) where Darrel had a bone marrow biopsy.  The VA ordered it, I understand it's to check for Cancer.  He says the spot is starting to "hurt pretty good" now.

I'm still having tests on my heart, looking for the cause of the dizziness.  No news yet.

I love the great music--thank you!

I got fed up with only watching church on computer, so we are attending churches that are open.  Have visited one here in town and one in Hugoton.

How many of you plan to take the Covid vaccine?  We are NOT going to take it.

I need to try to do some catching up. See you later!

Janet...
... UK had our highest death rate yesterday, told we are now out of control and our brave NHS wont be able to cope, we have as good as run out of beds and they are exhausted, also losing some of their own to this virus....I dont know when i shall get called up for one of our now three vaccinations but i will take one when offered...Our Government are going against our medical professions in the gap of having the first dose to having its second, its booster vaccine which causing me alarm signals...I also heard that one MS person was even told that her booster dose might be one of the other three vaccines so having two separate vaccines ( a mix and match of Moderna - Pfizer - Oxford ) injected into her arm, shock horror if this was to happen...Oh how i have prayed to our God to take this pandemic away from the world, we know Jesus has done miracles, why not do this miracle for us...What a mess our countries are in...
Yes weighing up as to whether we die from one of these vaccines or to die from this out of control Covid strain, that is the question...

Thankful for a phone call yesterday from our grandson who was injured in his truck roll over.  He is in good spirits - so thankful injuries - some are mending well.  It was good to hear his voice and he has a positive outlook.  He will keep one or two metal rods in his body forever - at least we are told for now.

It is still dark outside.  My morning read is starting a Max Lucado - of three books.  Last read about two years ago.

Janet:  I do hope Darrel will be able to have his pain controlled with meds.  It sounds like the VA is on top of his care.  We like the VA here as well.  It is so crowded at times, we carry more insurance just in case the VA is overloaded.  It seems to happen a lot lately.

Judy:  How is this winter weather in your area?  We have a wimpy bit of snow here - it has been dangerously dry for over a year.  Thank you for all your work on this site.

Good morning!  I got to the site by accident this morning, but was months behind, took a good while to find today!  But here I am!

Darrel is okay, he doesn't handle pain well at all.  He has a tiny wound on his rear end, covered with a band=aid.  I'm sure there is some pain, though. But he will be fine.  I just wish I knew how long it will be before we get the report!

We are going to Hugoton to church again this morning.  We like that little church a lot.

Glad to read the good report from your grandson, Carol.  I pray he continues to mend at an astonishing rate.

Yes, Jackie, this old sin-sick  world is writhing in pain.  We are praying hard about the future of our beloved country, and God just tells me to hold on, it's not over yet!  Praise God, we can always trust in Him!

Judy, remarking on your post from a few days back: Yes! It feels wonderful to know we have been used by the Lord!  Father, use me!  Make me always ready and willing to do whatever You ask of me.

I must run!  Thinking French toast sounds good this morning!

:coffee:
sipping cocoa - not coffee.  I haven't tasted coffee in months and it is probably what I need to stop forever.   :'(

It could be worse - what if I had to stop chocolate?  Dreadful idea.

Spotted yesterday, a huge racoon in the back yard - we paid so much for a different raccoon's damage last year- that critter was in the attic.  A trap was set for it and marshmallows did the job.  The trapped raccoon was taking to a natural space with water and most likely family friends nearby.

Not much more exciting around here.  Staying indoors has some benefits - old friends are home more and it is so nice to catch up with phone calls.  Otherwise, this is lonesome living.  Good news is:  there is a basket full of books of faith with uplifting messages.  All read before but they are good to be reading once more.  We are going through stuff - to donate, give away - trash.  That is a good thing too.

Janet:  Save some French toast for me - thanks.

Good afternoon everyone.  I had a full post ready and it went poof.  So here I will try again.

Zeke our Rottie stands about at my waist.  He went out with Heather (My daughter) for a walk. He decided to go into a ditch that was full of snow. He jumped in and was up to his head in snow.  He loves doing this. jumping in snow and rolling in it.  We have had enough snow to prevent the ground from freezing, It is like an insulating blanket.

We are having above average temperatures this year. Usual is -20C or -4F.  With the above average we experience more snow and freezing rain.  Our province is in lockdown. Thing with that, is, here in the NEast schools are in session. John and I are on the bus runs and teachers are in the classroom.  With seniors being the most vulnerable, it is a concern for us to be out there.  75% of bus drivers are seniors.

Carol racoons pass on a terrible bacteria into ditches and puddles.  There is a vaccine for domestic animals, which prevents their becoming ill and possibly dying.  My pets are all protected.

The world is in a mess, not just the USA. We need to be praying for those who are against the evil and pray for protection for them.  They have a really rough job to do in exposing the corruption in every country.

You thank me for keeping the website going.  I love what I do.  I just wish I had more ability to do what needs to be done.

Judy:  Interesting about the raccoon's germs.  I wonder if they carry rabies.  Prayers for good roads for you and John!

I had a fright this week - with Don having a
health issue - he felt weak and disoriented - I almost called paramedics but instead called the two youngest boys.  They were here in a flash and by then, Don was "coming around".  He was in pain but couldn't understand and weak plus so disoriented - I managed to get him in a chair - prayed and held his hands.  Now we know to bring glucose tablets right away in case this happens again.  Forever thankful for family - and the grace of God.

Carol you need a glucometer!!!  Check with your pharmacy, Here we get them free but have to pay for strips!

Today was a dull dreary day.  It was foggy, and a fine rain coming down, ad seemed to be freezing on the mirrors. The roads were good though, so driving was not a problem.

Keep your spirits up with music or Bible verses that you know.  In everything give thanks for this is the will of God concerning you!

Please hold me in your prayers... I am to have two consecutive Ultrasound scans 15 minutes apart in four days time, first one is to be the Transvaginal followed by Abdomen...Now after my first annual home telephone consultation with my new MS Neurology Clinician, he will be booking me for an MRI scan to see the progression of my PP-Multiple Sclerosis...After losing my Richard i wont even have him to see me through this, to say i am so so frightened is an understatement...I am more than aware of how bad both my physical - medical, and mental state is, and our Coroner Virus situation ( UK ) is not helping one bit...
Oh and i have had both Ultrasounds before, five years ago where i had to have a Hysteroscopy looking for cancer, thankfully no cancer was found then just polyps, which were removed, this took place just a few weeks after my PP-MS diagnoses at age 64, same date just 4 years later i found my Richard dead in his armchair at the age of 74...21 months ago.......

Hi everyone, I have been trying to get ready for the move back to Northern California.  I think the home situation will be going through as soon as I can get Keith a valid ID.  It all takes up a lot of time getting copies made and sent off lots of paperwork to buying another place. I am trying to sort through so much stuff that Keith has accumulated over 45 years. Some to the garbage, some to be given way and some to be sold. It is so daunting, plus Keith is deteriorating and he can't help at all. No lifting due to that hernia that has returned.

1 Thessalonians 5:18

Thank you! Judy! - I know this to be true.  After all, now we are aware of the new way of living and checking often.  He does have that health article you mentioned.  He had eaten but apparently not enough carbs.  Thankful that we were in the house - thankful for two sons who raced over here to assist.  We keep the glucose tablets on the counter now and in the car.  I appreciate this little spot on earth where we can all come to vent our issues.

Marilyn:  So difficult for you right now.  This too shall pass.  It sounds like you have the process of moving all arranged - I hope you have some help.

Jackie:  Prayers for you as well - prayers for you to take quiet time and let God take charge.  Sometimes, we can't control what is happening and cannot see the silver lining.  Peace be with you. Write down what Judy posted & keep the words close.

Judy:  You have more snow than here - it is not good enough because of the drought that continues.  Winds over 100 mph in the mountains and trucks have turned over on some roads. I am sorting some fabric to figure out how much I need to make a quilt.  Also, knitting kitchen dish cloths.  My friend likes them -

Best wishes to everyone.

OK This is my mind not working right!!!  Lets see if I can post another picture!

Today has been another dreary day. Snow, fog, rain....  It is what it is...

We had our Rambo to the vet today.  Visit number 3... He has an eye problem and today the vet said the treatment wasn't bringing his eye pressure down, the only thing left is to keep up with meds to hold him at his present eye pressure or take the eye out.  He is blind in that eye so he won't miss it.  Surgery is next Tuesday prayer for me is appreciated, I am more uptight than  John knows!!!

Rambo looks like a sweetie.  We would love a dog here but it would be too difficult, especially in winter.  The children always bring their dogs to visit us and if we go to their homes to dog-sit, we get a lot of their attention.

Terrible news every night - it is almost a police state in the city - they have to have the guard out here too because of threats over the voting.  Such a sad and embarrassing time for our nation.  Also, news tonight is there is a shortage of the vaccine.  I am on a list to have it and Don will have his shot at the VA Saturday.  Who knows when I get the email?

To all the sewers in here -  I started a new quilt.  It is going to be all rectangular scraps of fabric - do not know the size yet.  The colors are all southwestern - browns, turquoise and others - in other words, warm and southwestern colors.  It is about time to work on anything that gets my mind off home bound life.  There is a basket by the sofa filled with biblical material - all read about two years ago.  They are perfect to read again so that is my agenda for the first hours of the morning.

Take care.

I arrived here by accident, but happy to catch up again.

Jackie, Prayers for a good report from your scans.  I am having all sorts of tests, still, looking for the cause of my dizziness.  Today is a nuclear stress test.

Carol, prayers for your and Don's physical frailties too.  Who knew getting old would bring so many difficulties?  You handle them with so much grace, God bless you. (((hugs)))

Judy, may Rambo get through his surgery with no extra problems and far less stress for you.  Thanks so much for keeping the site going!  I appreciate you!

Marilyn, I can only imagine the stress and WORK of moving!  We all have so much STUFF at our age--would be a blessing to our kids if we did a great purge!  But who has the energy?  Now we have so much time, so little energy. :-\

Must finish getting ready to go, have to be in Hugoton before 9 for that stress test!  May God bless each of you richly today.

... Yes you are right, no fun in this aging process, worse when you lose your life partner and you now have to go it alone having these tests, something i have now got to get used of...a part of my life i was not prepared for..

Judy how id Rambo do with his surgery.

Jackie I have that piece playing as I type this message. I love the Pan Pipe and Amazing Grace is my favorite song. I often sing it as I am walking Miss Freckles.

Janet, I am trying to downsize a much as possibly so Gilbert won't have much to do when I am gone.

Since my  radiant heat cook top shorted out, I have been using my various appliances to cook. I don;t even need a stove except the oven for things that are too large for my toaster oven.  I love may Air Fryer, last night I made something I haven't had in  a long time. Fried Potatoes, onions and sliced hotdogs. I told Keith is was a poor mans meal, that was the first time I even cooked that for him or even in years. But it is something that I've always liked and so do my kids.

Well back to sorting through boxes of "stuff" LOL

Well after my preparations and to take alongs with me - Ultrasound Scan appointment letters - water, ( for one scan i need a full bladder, the other scan i need an empty bladder ) - taxi fare - mobile phone - the right clothes, spare TENA pads, knickers etc etc, not forgetting my rollator, i made it to my Ultrasound appointments in one piece, now back home but oh, how my MS body has taken another turn, the nerves are going through my body ten to the dozen, struggling to move my body from a to b...Will have to wait a few days for the scan results via sonographer - local GP doctor, thankfully all done inside the same Surgery, thank the Lord, not done inside a hospital, people are dying in those, our UK covid deaths, which are at their all-time high...

Janet...
... are you any nearer to finding out your scan result from yesterday or, is it still playing our waiting game...there is only so much they can tell us at the time they are doing them...

UK BBC news this morning, mentioned an incident of where there has been extensive flooding showing the scenes, it is now also been made aware to us that this also involves the laboratory where they are producing - storing our Oxford AstraZenica vaccinations Corona Virus, they have been up all night, saying this is a very difficult time, that we dont lose the vaccinations, a disastrous situation adverted there, which would have clearly had an impact on the Corona Virus vaccinations. "

Just terrifying to think how close they - we were, of it all being destroyed..

Sandbags were drawn in and have successfully to protect those supplies of Oxford AstraZenica...Told they were able to act quickly to secure the site...Spokesperson said, concerns of flooding from the river that it was not the production line but the storage, and without hesitation they put resources in there, pumps-sandbags, the staff worked tirelessly through the night to divert it, and it was successful, will be monitoring it through the day...Thank you God

This was a week of disaster!  Tuesday was surgery all went well and Rambo is doing well.  On meds both pain and antibiotics for 10 days.
In the afternoon John had bus trouble, I added his kids to my lot and took them all home.  John's kids were happy to see me, I know them from last year!
Wednesday my bus wouldn't start..... So we moved cars around and he weaseled his way around my bus and headed out, to do his run and part of mine. The mechanic came took my bus after starting it, I did one road on his run and the kids got to school.  We went in to the bus yard to get our busses, after appointments in North Bay. They were not ready. So that meant another afternoon with spares. At 2:00 we left to get me to mu spare and it wouldn't start......   The mechanic brought my bus back and off I go, late for both schools..... Home late and exhausted.  Today Thursday All is good.  I was thinking that I may have been slowed down (by the Almighty) to avoid something....I may never know!  Thank you LORD!

Today we have snow yet again.  There are schools closed because of how bad the weather is in some areas.... That is typical life here in the NEast.  The areas affected are commonly hit by lake effect snow.  That can be brutal!

We are constantly being barraged by news; covid, government corruption, pedophilia, garbage and dirt.  I am constantly thinking we are close to the end.  This has been prophesied about in many places in the Bible.  There are so many Christians being brutally murdered worldwide yet the Bible tells of this in Revelation 6:9-10
And when the Lamb opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony they had upheld. And they cried out in a loud voice, "How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You avenge our blood and judge those who dwell upon the earth?"...

All I can say is Even so come LORD Jesus!

Judy:  Sorry for your day of troubles.  It will all work out - so my mother always said and she was right.  I hope you have time to relax, put your feet up and take a deep breath.  I couldn't do what you do - transporting precious children and then there is the weather.

We live such a different life now with paying attention to our safety - I certainly hope all the prayers going up will make a difference and we can get back to normal living.  I miss visiting most of all - and not hugging the grands.  Thankful to just pet the dogs when they visit.

Sweet dreams everyone - most of you are already asleep.  ;) /size]

Judy...
... you are right, we are constantly barraged with news, and not good news on our tv's...this is becoming a sad and very disturbing world, sleaze-tragedy's...we are even having crooks taking advantage of our Covid situation, these people are the lowest of the lowest, the only thing that is important to them is money money, money, they have no scruples as to who they hurt in getting it, I hope God deals with them in His way....

Best not to watch our doom and gloom news channels, all negatives, very little positives.... put some good comedy on instead...I watch the old repeats of Everybody Loves Raymond and Frasier, i dont care how many times i have watched these repeats, if they give me that feel good factor and still give me a laugh, there is very little else for me to laugh or smile about that has-is going on with my life...

We must stop watching out news channels, for our own sanity......

Good morning!  Jackie, you are 100% right when you say we must stop watching the lame stream media, which feeds us lies day and night!  I watch Newsmax, One America News and another channel (can't recall name just now)which give us  the TRUTH. Just the truth of what's happening is depressing enough, without the added lies!

Judy, the verses you gave are about the tribulation saints who were beheaded in the tribulation because they chose Jesus and refused the mark of the beast.  And I fully agree--even so, come Lord Jesus!  But I fully believe we are in the beginning of a great revival--some say at least a billion souls will be saved--and a final Great Awakening!  Those are the only reasons I sometimes wish I were still young, so I could help more in that work!

I had the nuclear stress test (the nuclear part is the medicine they put in through IV which causes certain things to show up better on the pictures) It really wasn't bad, worst part is the waiting between procedures.  Took three hours total time!  And I have been told nothing about any of the tests.  "The doctor has to read them" is all they say when I ask.  The doctor is from Wichita and flies into Hugoton in his little plane--my next appointment to actually see him is Feb. 2.  I felt I was getting better, but yesterday was a very 'dizzy day' --and I'm not even blonde anymore!!

I am heartsick about our fraudulent elections, but am standing in faith that everything will be exposed and justice will prevail!!!

We plan to go to Garden City today, need to get out and about some, and made a grocery list.  Glad we still have a grocery store here, but it's nice to get out of town occasionally.

Prayers for all of you, our poor, sin-sick world and the true Christians who are still standing for truth and justice!!

It is Saturday and it is warm enough for us to take an afternoon walk today.  I am looking for my Swedish meatball recipe but may have to "wing it" from memory.  This morning was spent in dropping an insurance company for one that costs less with more coverage.  Well, Saturday is not a good day for trying to reach a corporation so all will be repeated Monday morning.

Janet (our Dizzy Blonde )  I hope you can keep that dizzy spell away.  Prayers for a great feedback on your tests.

Jackie:  I will find the story on the missing miners - such a dangerous life for them.

Judy:  Apparently our new President has already irritated Canada - he is cancelling the pipeline deal- no doubt shocking news you already know.

Here is some nice news.  We are grateful for any snow in the mountains because of drought conditions.  --and, we had so many fires in the parks and forests that any moisture is a blessing.

One grandson is doing nicely - he is taking pilot training.  He is all smiles because that was one of his dreams.  The other grandson is healing very well after his truck rolled over - he will have more surgery in future.  His boss gave him a stay-at-home job on the internet so he is thrilled to be on the payroll.  In this day and age, that is great news.  Our granddaughter is working from the house too and she loves to bake so we get fresh bread when she visits and brings her friendly dog who loves to be pet a million times.  The dog would sit on our laps but is too big for us plus is just crazy to lick us.  What a hoot to have her visit.

I agree on watching and listening to the awful news -

"Judy:  Apparently our new President has already irritated Canada - he is cancelling the pipeline deal- no doubt shocking news you already know."
Carol he is a globalist playing right into the rest of the globalists plans. Trudeau has systematically worked on destroying Canada. It is not good.  We want a new Prime Minister, however all the federal leaders are globalists and they are out to oust anyone out of the respective parties to keep the globalism going.  This in my humble opinion is the beginning of the end for the world.  We need to be ever watchful and waiting for the sound of the trumpet.  It is going to sound sooner rather than later.  I have heard Obama say they want the one world government by 2030..

It is a cold day here, there is a blue sky which is nice however that allows the cold in.  When we have a blanket of clouds it is warmer.  We can't wait for spring.  We are planning a garden bigger than last year.  Doug and John have figured out how to get water to the field , that will provide a better crop.

Well God bless you all and keep you safe!

Just checking in.  Janet as much as I love you it is difficult for me to believe that you have fallen for and believe that the election was fraudulent, It was a fair election and all those safeguards that were in place made it that way. FAIR. Those are the FACTS.

The QAnon conspiracy theorists are another set of lies and conjectures.

The truth will overcome all the lies and conspiracies. I just hope and pray that even the Christians will see the truth  that has  been there all the time. Being a Christian I find it so  appalling that others cannot see "through the trees" the truth is slapping them in the face and they can't see it or believe, but stick their heads in the sand to proclaim Loyalty to a man who is the embodiment of evil. God is the judge and will judge our actions as well. There is a song  "Open the eyes of my heart"  Think about the words of that song.

It is sunny this morning and I can't wait for springtime either.  We are way below snow average and that means water issues plus half the world seems to be moving here.  With all the problems world wide, we can give thanks for a warm house and wonderful family and friends.

Judy:  Thank you (and John) for this wonderful place of peace and learning.  It seems like extended family to come in here and visit.

Today, we have someone from the Veteran's Admin. coming over to fix a machine in the bedroom.  Totally grateful for their help.

We really need more snow in the mountains.  Several states depend on the water and I cannot imagine what kind of water war could happen in future.

Janet:  Did you have your nuclear test 'read" to you?

Oh My Judy would you really believe this???? Would you really put this garbage on this Christian Site?? More conspiracy!!!!  I will pray for you to see the whole truth. This video is just more of the conspiratorial untruths that continually twist the facts to say something entirely different.

Exactly Jacqueline. There are 2 sides to every issue.  I have delved deeply into both sides. Enough said.

Canada is in a major mess.  CCP police are being trained in our western province, just like their military being trained here in the province where I live.  We are constantly on guard.  Trudeau our PM is pushing for the Great Reset, and that means we will loose everything we own, including our 85 acres of property.  He is aim is to have the Canadian Government own everything.  His deal with Biden has cut 11 000 jobs out of both countries. Please be praying for us as we start to ramp up for a spring election.  Most Canadians feel hopeless as we expect the same results as the last time.  The conservative party is not strong enough to go against him.

Rambo is doing well and has his normal energy back.  Zeke was bent out of shape for a while because of his buddy.  His stress came out on my coat which he chewed and Heather's blanket which he chewed as well.  This is unusual behaviour for him, he usually is such a good boy.  Once he saw Rambo was OK he settled back into his normal pattern!

We have had more snow today.  The weather man was wrong again, he said no snow till next week!  It is cold, at the moment, keeping the dogs in for the most part!

I have been having periods of dizziness over the past 2 weeks.  Usually in the evening.  John and Heather have been good in helping out just wish this would end.  Trying to loose weight, I have cut my portions down and now wondering if that is the cause.  Also I haven't been sleeping well, concern over the dog and other things.

Judy:  Prayers for your dizzy spells to go away.

Here, I had salmon for dinner - a real treat for someone in Colorado.  Growing up in mostly Seattle we were knee deep in fish meals because the fishermen who owed money for their diesel engines could not always pay right away so they would bring fish to the shop.  Now we know it is good for health but it really did get old for so many meals.

I admit to being too frightened by so many slip ups with my getting an inoculation.  I finally was able to speak to a human at the hospital and he was so soothing - sent by the Lord to calm my nerves over this stuff in life.  When you have neighbors sick and some died - it is shocking.  I need to remind myself --- Let Go, Let God!

Our daughter is coming for an overnight visit and she will bring her sweet Golden - Lola.  Lola could be a comfort dog - we can use that right now.

Finally, there is snow in the Rockies - we can see it from here and always give thanks for that moisture - much more is needed.

Janet:  How is everything with you & hubby?  Sending good health to you two.

Really, I wish the best of health to everyone here.  It seems that it is one of the most important thing in the world right now.

Today was an off day for us, John had a minor procedure at the hospital and everything is good.  I went shopping and had a bad turn with a serious sugar drop.  Had a sugar tab and a drink of Orange juice,(I keep a tetra box in my purse in case) and that helped.  I was so glad to get back to the car safely, and sit and relax.  I have a problem with low blood sugar, it drops quickly when ever I exert energy, walking, swimming, not sure about bike riding.

The children, teachers, school bus drivers, are all struggling with this lock down.  No sledding, skating, or any outside activity of any kind.  In some areas the police are sanding rinks, and hills to stop these activities.  The kids are going stir crazy, and are acting out as a result.  Even my best kids are having problems with the bus rules. It is tough on them.

Rambo's eye is about healed. it is itchy and he try's to relieve the itch by rubbing his eye in the carpet or with his paw. Stitches come out on Monday.  That should ease the itchiness.

well that is the update from the north, have a wonderful weekend everyone.[/size]

Judy: That was quite a day - your day off - Glad to read John is good and you are alright.  You are smart to keep sugar handy and most important using it right away.

So sorry to hear about the children's sad days.  I hope and pray there is an answer to keep them more active and in touch with their friends. Take care.

The saddest and ironic thing is, because he has been treated recently for pneumonia, he could not be vaccinated against our coroner virus, yet for a man of his age he should have been one of our first ( top of the list ) to be vaccinated here in UK...just does not seem right does it...Why does our God allow this to happen to such a good and worthy man....

Judy:  Thank you for the music.  I have heard that song before but not from this version.  It is always nice to listen to one of your choice songs and performers.  How is everything in your neck of the woods these days?  We are experiencing low snowfall - which is on top of the drought of such a long time.
