Post by: Etta Sue on February 07, 2005, 12:02:40 PM
(This recipe was posted by Smokeythedog on another topic.  I have posted it here. Etta Sue)

This is basicly what my wife uses

one caveat, the meatballs should not be placed on top, otherwise the rice tends to be crunchy.

I bought my cabbage today., so this is going to be Monday's supper.  I have "Uncle Ben's converted rice on hand.  Is this the brand you use?

BTW - I use my crock-pot at least once a week.  Couldn't do without it!!
