Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches

Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches

2 cups sliced red or green bell peppers (2 med)
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 tbls. oil
1/2 cup A.1 sauce
1 teas. prepared horseradish
8 oz. thinly sliced sandwich steaks
4 oz. thinly sliced mozzarella cheese
4 long sandwich rolls, split

In medium saucepan over medium heat, saute pepper and onion slices in oil until tender. Stir in steak sauce and horseradish; keep warm

In lightly greased medium skillet, over medium-high heat, cook sandwich steaks until done. Portion beef, pepper mixture and cheese on roll.

Broil sandwich bottoms 4 inches for heat for 3-4 minutes or until cheese melts; replace tops. Serve immediately.

These sound great!  I like these when I go to Flea Markets.  

Where do you get the sandwich steaks?  Are they called sandwich steaks in the store?  Duh?

I use the cube steaks. The ones that have been tenderized so they just fall apart in your mouth. I don't like steaks that I have a hard time biting trough with my choppers.

Okay...that would work.  I got some cubed steaks last week.  Jerry's was fine....mine was tough :'(  I don't think I had ever had a tough cube steak before.
