Title: Sauteed Chicken with Fresh Orange Salsa

Sauteed Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 teas. oil
2 Tbls. flour
2 teas. ground cumin
1/4 teas. salt
1/8 teas. fresh ground pepper

Mix flour, cumin, salt and pepper in a large plastic bag.  Add chicken, close bag and shake until evenly coated.

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over meduim heat.  Add chicken and cook, turning once, 6-7 minutes, until golden brown and juices run clear when meat is pierced. Transfer to serving plater; spoon on Fresh Orange Salsa.

This sound delicious.  I love the flavor of cumin.
