Title: Tuna Casserole
Post by: MsGuidedAngel on May 12, 2005, 07:08:28 PM
Tuna Casserole

First I boil small elbow macaroni in a big stove dish, about 2 or 3 cups of the elbow macaroni.

I start with a 4  quart pyrex ovenware dish, while the macaroni is cooking.  I open three cans of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup, empty into 4 quart ovenware dish. I then use 4 small can of tuna fish packed in water. Then room temperature 3/4 cube of butter or margarine mix with the tuna and cream of mushroom soup.

While elbow macaroni is boiling, butter at least 4 or 5 wheat or white bread with the room temperature butter or margarine. Cut into small squares,  they will be placed on top of the mixed tuna casserole. Drain elbow macaroni, mix into the mixture above in the 4 quart ovenware dish. Pour about 1 cup of milk while mixing. Preheat oven too 350 degrees. Level off mixture, then place the cut up bread squares on top of the tuna casserole.

Bake slowly until the bread on top is light brown. Probably between 30 - 45 mintues at 350 degrees. After this is done, it will serve around 5 of 6 people.

All casserols are Not the same and vary styles and textures, plus mixtures. No two casseroles are the Same!
