Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Marilyn's Fruit Salad

Ingredients

1 smalll can  Mandarin Oranges drained
1 can Pineapple chunks drained
3 Apples diced
1 basket Strawberries *sliced longwise* (see note below)
½ cup Coconut
½ cup chopped Walnuts
1 16 oz container Sour cream
1 container Strawberry Cool Whip

Put all ngredients into a  2½ to 3 quart bowl. In another bowl mix the two containers of Cool Whip and Sour Cream thoroughly with a wire whisk. Fold into fruit making sure all the fruit is covered with the  dressing. Refridgerate at least 1-2 hours before serving so the dressing will set.

*note: the easiest way to slice the strawberries is to use an egg slicer for uniform slices.

Marilyn - This sounds like it would look so pretty as well as tasting oh so good!

I don't think we can get strawberry coolwhip here.  Do you just get the white, then add a bit of food coloring?  Bet that would work!

I'm always interested in trying new dishes.

Thanks for this one!

We get the strawberry it is a new item along with french vanilla. But you could add a little strawberry jello powder to give it some flavor and color.
