Hello Jacqueline! The story behind these photos is this ... there's a ministry in the lower part of our county called Solid Rock Youth Ministry. It's a place for kids to hang out, have fun, and hear about Jesus. One of the ministry workers go to our church. He asked if we'd help in an event they were having - taking portraits of the families of the kids that attend Solid Rock. A lot of the families wouldn't be able to afford portraits otherwise. In exchange for free portraits, they all allowed us to use their images for advertising. This family was SO MUCH fun to work with. There were 7 kids.

That is a lovely story of the children of the Youth Ministry...a fair arrangement that benefits both sides in taking their portraits...As the well known expression goes..." killing two birds with one stone " not literally of course...but where both get something that they want - need, at the end..
