Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

Firefox here. Don't know how I'd live without tabbed browsing or the Web Developer extension.

Yes, isn't tabbed browsing great??  I use it all the time.

Pat

Pat, tabbed browsing is something that Firefox has.  It's just an easier way to have multiple pages open, and switching back and forth.  Your tool bar shows the pages and you just click on whichever one you want.  Does that make sense?  I'm sure someone else could explain it better.   I really like FF.

Marilyn

I am now using Mozilla not Mozilla firefox just Mozilla.

I'm changing to Peoplepc and it uses IE ... I found out that AOL is a "partner" with Netscape ... not IE.    :idiot: Whadda I know?

I use Mozilla most of the time, because the "geeks" say it's safer, and IE when I want to just click on one of the dozens of bookmark/favorites I have in there in a hurry !

Regular Mozilla (also called Seamonkey now) is boring. Firefox is best :)

If you're on a mac, I recommend Camino instead of Safari. Camino is a Mac-only browser from Mozilla and is much better than Safari.

I use Internet Explorer 7 or Slim Browser (which uses IE) for everything, except if I want to log onto this website.  I can't get IE 7 to log on - keeps telling me the cookies aren't right.  I've done everything I can to open up the security and it still is cranky.  Really is a pain.  At least I can READ the site in the browser I use the most.   :-\

I too use Firefox. I do have IE 8 beta but do not use it. every time I use IE  it freezes up and then closes itself, It did that with IE7 also. Which is why I downloaded Firefox.

With the SMF forum software, that warning is put in for all old topics that haven't been posted in.

Very often I'll just go to the old topics and post in them to make them current!  ;)

Thanks Don!

I used to use Safari. But then I discovered Firefox, which is better in my opinion ( not onion, but opinion. there's a big difference. ).

Neil

Been using Firefox as my default browser for a few years now. So much more secure than IE

Pat

I agree!

I use Firefox almost the whole time.  I check things with IE every so often.

Well, here's a different kind of answer.  I use Safari, but I also use ICab

Nita

I've never heard of ICab.

Knowing that Al uses a Mac, I imagine iCab is a Mac product.  Sounds like the way they name things - iMac, iPod, etc.

I've been using Firefox exclusively for a long time now and I find it annoys me when I click on a link and it opens with IE.  Just me being a contrary old lady, I guess.   :D

If that makes you a contrary old lady then I must be a contrary old man because I feel the same about internet explorer as you.
