Title: EZ French Chocolates

EZ French Chocolates

6  Squares (1 oz. each) semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 cup Sweetened condensed milk
8  ounces flaked coconut

Place chocolate in a 4 cup glass measure. Microwave on medium-low (7) 3 to 3 1/2 minutes or until melted. Stir in condensed milk. Cool until chocolate begins to harden. Shape into balls, roll in flaked coconut. Chill

Variation: use 1/2 cup chocolate sprinkles or 1/2 cup chopped nuts for flaked coconut.

Makes about 2-2 1/2 dozen

I have made the fudge this way which is delicious but never made into balls and rolled in coconut.  Sounds wonderful!!

Oh, boy!  What a recipe to read this morning!  I think I'm going to have a "Chocolate Attack!"

I think chocolate needs to be one fo the major food groups.

This would be a wonderful holiday treat.  Just roll it in something suitable for the current holiday.

red sprinkles -- Valentine's day
white, green, and/or red stuff -- christmas

I think it woudl also be good to crush up peppermint candies to roll it in.
