Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

PUMPKIN PIE

1 cup of canned Pumpkin (not pie filling)
1 cup of milk
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup of white sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soft butter
2 tbsp. molasses

Combine egg yolks (save whites and beat until stiff)
sugar, spices, salt, butter and molasses and beat with beaters until well blended.
Add pumpkin and stir well, then add milk and mix well.  Lastly, add the well beaten egg whites and fold in gently.

Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.

I have never seen a pumpkin pie with the egg whites beaten and then gently folded into the filling and baked.  Sounds delicious!!
