I made a tepee for morning glories...there was one seedling from the year before that came up...I adjusted the runners for each leg and crissed crossed. Wonderful display for one seed...also the only time since that it has filled out like this...even though there are several reseeds every year.

Taken with my 1st p&s, a Photosmart 305...and delve into the digital world!

Wow is that ever tall.  Beautiful display.  The crisscrossing worked well this time!

I've always wanted to do that. 

I like these tee pees too for scarlet runner beans.  The flowers are gorgeous (crimson red) and then the beans after they dry are great to eat.

I have a photo of a morning glory I'll share with you.  Maybe you could get one like it.  I took it years ago so if I can find it I'll put it here.

Pat that sure is a nice shot of mg with the drops on it...I appreciate the time you had taken to find and share...I had tried the Scarlet Runners before but the one time I tried they didn't do to well...Have you ever tried Hyacinth Beans? man those are sooo lovely and their aroma is a breath of beauty...I can't find those seeds anywhere, perhaps at a nursery or online...This other community, called GardenWeb, I haven't posted there awhile,  they have an free/exchange of seeds, plants from other gardeners there, I found the hyacinth beans someone sent free that was misplaced I am hoping that i may get some seeds from them. This site is where I grew up with gardening when I started in 2002...I have a pack of the scarletts now, but not sure if they'll go in this year...but you speaking for them I may jsut make a little spot anyway...
