Hi Jacqueline! Actually it belongs to someone in the neighborhood. We walk past their house every day, but we never noticed that they have a ?cactus? growing right out in the open until the yellow flowers bloomed on it! I had no idea cactus could grow up here in PA where it's NOT dry at all. Hope you are well and having a great start to your weekend!
