I like quaker parakeets!  My daughter had an awesome one.  Haven't had any experience with parrots

TPBM is happy that spring has finally arrived and it's beginning to feel like summer--a bit!

Yes, I love to read and get involved in a good book.  Right now, I'm reading "Woman to Woman~Sharing Jesus with a Muslim Friend" by Joy Loewen and it's fantastic.

Interestingly enough, I have never had a glass of butter milk ....

Yep!  when you run/own three websites and run a fourth, there's always something to keep you out of bed!

haven't done either for a long time ... arthritis, y'know    used to do a lot of crochet, tho.

I do love to read - however, I have to be careful, or I don't get other things done.

Yes, I love to get newsy letters.  Now they seem to be via email though and not a pretty envelope that you have to open!

Not huge!! My Dad was one of nine, however the youngest, so I have lost touch with most of my cousins.
My husband is the last of his family and I have one sister who has one small grandchild and I have four, under the age of seventeen.

TPBM  has done the job of a Treasurer for a Not-For-Profit organization.

No, I've never been the Treasurer but I was Secretary of the Guelph Hiking Trail Club for many years.


TPBM thinks that Canada hasn't had a really bad winter this year!

For sure - I can remember other years, especially many years ago, when it was much colder, and a lot more snow.

Though I haven't had any children, I did work in the school system for many years.  I believe I've been a positive influence and encourager in the lives of many of the children in my care.

I make some suppers using a Crock Pot. It's very handy.

I have helped a client refill her hummingbird feeder, so I guess that counts.  I also get to watch them flit about when I am there.
