Yup ... just cooked up spinach, green beans, mixed vegetables, and rice enough to last for the next few days' meals.  I'll cook the fish fillets later. 

TPBM had a phone call after midnight, very early this morning.

HAHAHA Marilyn..  Nope, not me.  I've not had corned beef for a great number of years.  I'd love to know how to prepare it and what to serve with it.
