Don: Hey Judy, It's been a long time. Hope you are doing well. 2024-12-02, 22:41:41

JennyW: Hello Everyone! Just checking in to see if anyone wants to get this group going again! Hope all is well where ever you live! 2024-08-14, 08:21:59

Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Oldiesmann: So sorry for your loss Carol. Praying for you and your family :( 2022-05-01, 17:13:05

Carol: My husband Don is with the angels.....Our family was able to hold  ourselves together for the last moments.  Juar rhoufhr you might want to know. 2022-04-29, 23:35:15

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

On Sunday we went to Sue's home for a Pampered Chef Party!

We decided to take a little group photo of the four of us who post on Christian Photographers!

So, Ruthie said, "We could all sit here on the stairs!"

Then she said, "Or we could all stand here like this!"

And she even thought that maybe we could all have our photo taken with Geordie like this!

Marilyn, Janet, Jenny, Karma and Etta Sue....thank you for your comments.   We did have a good time at Pampered Chef.   The demonstrator made some wonderful food so easily and we all sampled it.   I bought a "round stone" that you put pizza dough on and bake.   You only wash under warm water, no soap.  So I am anxious to try it out.

Next party, you are all invited.   okay.

Love Ruthie ;)

My sister sells PC stuff, and when Bernard and I got married, we had a Pampered Chef household shower (that was cool!!) so I have a lot of the stoneware and stuff.

I don't use a lot of it, but I do use the mixing pitcher and the pizza cutter and the cookie spatula alot.

As you use your stoneware, it will get all brown and ugly looking, but that is good because that will mean that it is "seasoned" and all you will have to do is rinse and dry.

They work beautifully.

Janet

I have only ever been to one of the PC parties, got some of the smaller stuff; but then at the fair I won one of the round stones--I've had it over two years and used it once!  Guess we don't have Pizza very often..........

I don't have any of the pc stuff.  I guess I am a cheapy.  ::)

Great picture of the 4 of you.  The stairs were a good choice.

LOL @ Karma

Ruthie... I would loved to have been at the P.C party!  I love their products.  I had a party here too., and did very well with getting the "freebies".  The cheese grater is something I use a lot of., one thing I use all the time, is that round silver disk thingy that you put in the bottom of a pot of potatoes (example), and the pot NEVER, EVER boils over!  I've used it when boiling pasts, broccoli, cauliflower, just anything that requires cooking in boiling water.  It was about the cheapest thing in the book...around $5.00!
Norm almost threw it out with the potato water, ...he thought it was a soup can lid!

In the picture, you could swear, Geordie was smiling!!...LOL  (of course, I don't mean swear..literally)

Pat... I'm just noticing... is the sweater (or blouse) you are wearing at the party... the same one in your profile picture?  Looks like you are wearing the same necklace too!.

(and you think I'm not observant...haha)!! ;D

Sue

I enjoyed hosting the show.  It was really nice meeting Ruthie and seeing Pat again.  A visit from my Mom is always nice too.  I never get tired of those.

It worked out that I am getting the food chopper and the small round stone free.  Not much, but I didn't have the party for that reason.  I just wanted the excuse to see another demonstration!

Geordie is a very beautiful and well trained dog.  A pleasure to have in the house for the short time that he was.

I don't think we saw the silver thing that goes in the pot.   The cheese grater is great.   I will have to get a few at a time.  The measuring spoons are wonderful and the measuring cup.   I bought some things for my son Kevin because he likes to cook!   That's when he's not knitting!

Janet -- you can make biscuits and cookies on it, too.  doesn't have to be pizza.  Mine don't get used because I don't cook enough to use them!  :P

Pat

Yes, Judy McKenna, you are observant!  That's the same top that I was wearing in my profile photo that was taken in PA at the SN Bash!!!  (But not the same necklace!)

I know, Karma---but we are still doing low carb, so that cuts out most baked goodies!  But I admit that I forget about even having that stone, will try to do better.

Boy - boy what you miss when you don't go to all the forums!  Didn't see these before today.  Looks like you had a blast!

Ruthie

Wow Pat, I had forgotten about those pictures!   They are good ones aren't they?

Hello everyone.  Sorry I haven't been on for a while.   Hope you are all doing well.

God Bless

Love Ruthie ;) ;)

Nobody's said, who cooked the food ???

Ruthie

The pampered chef lady did.    The pizza was really good too.  All the food tasted terrific.
