Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

I'm 31, do I count?
I think you can handle doing fashion photography and being a Christian.
I consider myself aa portrait photographer and I am VERY picky about how I do my photos. No exploitation, nothing that I would not do myself.

Take a look at my photos

and I think it can be done to help women look beautiful but not be a pure sex object.

Just found this thread.  I never considered myself to be the younger set.  When I first saw the subject I figured it would be addressing those maybe 10-18 or so.  :)  Yay, I'm the younger set!  :D

I just joined, in my intro I talked about what it is I think God wants me to do with my photography.  This seems to be a dead thread so I won't post more, but if it revives I'll join more in the discussion.

BeautifullyBlessed

Hi everyone.

I just joined this forum today and the reason I found it was I have just started running through ideas of how I can give back to God with the gift he blessed me with, photography.

I have some ideas from the help of others.  Some of them include;
-Photos of the church and staff, framed for hanging in the church.
-Volunteer services for the needy families within the church to get some nice family portraits.
-Christmas cards.  Have the church sell them at a very reasonable price and all monies go to them as they see fit.
-A raffle for large framed wall prints (something that a Christian could find meaning in).  All raffle monies would be for the church to use as they see fit.

These are all just rough ideas right now.  I have been attending my church for almost a year now but am not a "member".  I have some issues with meeting new people (small bit of social phobia) so I have yet to go to any of the fellowship gatherings outside of service, nor have I even introduced myself to the pastors.  It is a pretty big church.

I really feel a huge need to give back to God with this gift!!!
