Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

JEWELS OF WINTER

This is one of the series of photos I took from last year's Ice Storm in Toronto. I am wide open for any suggestion in making this shot a better photograph. I do appreciate your valuable input. Thank you.

Mario,
It looks to me that you did a nice job.  The image is sharp.  The exposure looks good.  It looks like you used a flash with the dark sky as the background.  The composition looks good.  The only think that I think I would do is clone out the piece on the right that does not look attached or crop it out.

LaughingPeppers

Excellent advice, Buddy. Like minds think alike. That is exactly what I've done. Thank you.
( by the way, the background is the snowy ground. I was shooting down.)

Thanks, Mario.  On the left side of the picture I thought that looked like a clouds.

Yes, Buddy. The background can easily be mistaken as the night sky. If I did not shoot it, I would have said the same thing.

I agree with Buddy's advice.
If you are willing to put in some labor on this photo, you might want to replace the background with a brighter one to make the ice stand out more.
