Navajo term for Monument Valley. Located at the border of Utah and Arizona Monument Valley is the apex symbol of the American Southwest.

I used my new Canon Powershot G9 camera on this trip and I have to tell you this little camera is amazing! It is a great bridge from compact to SLR camera. In fact, I had so much fun shooting with it I used it more than my Canon 5D.
Cheers,
Sam
Beautiful Shots both here and in your gallery
Sam, incredible shots! Love them.
I'm interested in the little Canon. I would like to have a little one that would fit into my purse or pocket.
The contrast on the evening shot is absolutely magical! I could sit and stare at it for quite a while.
Beautiful shots. I agree with Al's comments!
