I don't take very many pictures.
This is west of Albuquerque, on Route 66.

Bob is parts of route 66 unpaved. I thought it was all paved I know the part between San Bernardino and Victorville (what is left of it) well the part in the El Cajon pass that goes around the Devore along the river. is paved.
I always wondered if there really was a "ROUTE 66"....LOL -
I am humming that song:...".can't get your Kicks on Route 66".......or something like that, isn't it!!....grin

Yes a few parts of Route 66 are unpaved. The pavement has worn away. :'( I know of a few spots in New Mexico, and Olkahoma, unpaved. :'(
Bob is okay ~ Good pictures of Rt-66. I like the one of the Church especially.
Great pictures. I have been on lots of parts of Route 66. Too bad the interstates took over. A lot of history on that route!!!
Good ol' Route 66!! I would love to travel the entire route from one side of our country to the other! Go through all the small towns, taking our time and talking to the people. Lots of history, and lots of memories.
I love the picture of the little old church. Thanks.
Let me demonstrate my age by saying...what's so special about RTE. 66? Looks like an unpaved country road. :P
Ahhhhhhhhhh......you youngins! :-\ ;)
I can't help but wonder how Bob is doing. I pray for him daily.
