Title: Overlook in Neffsville, Pennsylvania
Post by: JennyW on October 31, 2021, 07:53:09 AM
My husband and I walk this route every day - sometimes twice a day. There's a portion of the road at the top of the hill that overlooks Lancaster and the surrounding fields of trees. Here's a photo from yesterday. Overlook on Blossom Hill Drive, Neffsville, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, USA

Lovely to see so many trees, as sadly so many trees are being cut down in our world..

I remember learning in history that when our state started out -  Pennsylvania - it was said that a squirrel could climb a tree on one end of the state and run from tree to tree to the other side of the state without having to touch the ground. It's still very, very tree-y, but not quite that many any more.
