Title: Macbeth's soliloquy - regenerated!

For those unfamiliar with it, here's William Shakespeare's original version:

"To-morrow, and to-morrow, and to-morrow,
Creeps in this petty pace from day to day,
To the last syllable of recorded time;
And all our yesterdays have lighted fools
The way to dusty death. Out, out, brief candle!
Life's but a walking shadow; a poor player,
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage,
And then is heard no more: it is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing."

--From Macbeth (V, v, 19)

And my "believer's version":
Yesterday, today, and forever,
Christ is the same, Who quickens our spiritual growth's pace,
Preparing us for the new Jerusalem at recorded time's conclusion;

Then, in retrospect, we will understand that our lifetime was His process of taking us from death to life, and from glory to glory!

Shine, shine brightly, you everlasting reflector's of God's grace!
Your earthly lives were just a vapor; you were like understudies in life's theater, discredited by the world and their idols, who turned a deaf ear to you .

The Gospel you wisely believed and shared, having such eternal significance, has secured for you an abundant entrance into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, so make a joyful noise unto Him; rejoice, and sing His praises!!
