Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

TBEAR'S COOKIE BARS

2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup soft butter
3/4 cup sugar & brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 large eggs
1 - 12 oz. package of Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chips *

Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. While the oven is heating up prepare the cookie dough. I usually mix all the dry stuff up first then add the wet stuff. Then, spray w/ cooking spray NOT GREASE a cookie sheet ( 15  by 10) then mix all the ingredients with your hands ( sprayed with cooking spray ) Once you have mixed everything together & then you have sprayed the pan ... then take your cookie dough mixture & place onto your sprayed sheet and spread out evenly. Bake in the oven for about 20 - 25 minutes. Depends on your oven too. Mine since I just bought a electirc oven it only takes 20 minutes to bake. Once DONE remove from oven and place on a rack to cool then cut up into squares & enjoy with a COLD GLASS of MILK !!

* NOTE: I've also used different chocolate chips when I've made up this recipes sometimes I've used butterscotch chips. sometimes I've used 1/2 chocolate & 1/2 white chips. Then, today I used mini chocolate chips & even added a SKOR TOFFEE BITS ( about 2 TBLSP. ) & just to try & see if anyone notices 1 TBLSP. of decaf coffee so we will see what happens.  I've also added about 1 cup chopped pecans to it too. So, let me know what happens if anyone trys out this recipe.

I put the title in with the text and changed the size of the font from 10 to 12 (it was hard for me to read)....Etta Sue

I tend to like bar cookies better than cookies when I ever make them from scratch.

Tbear, these sound good.  I like anything with chocolate chips in them.  However, think I would prefer them without the coffee, but you never know I might really like that as well.
