Hello Everyone,
my name is Geri-Jean.
I am just a newcomer at photography. Since April.
I have always had a desire to learn more about it and to have a nice camera.
And now I can finally try it out. A girlfriend lent me her camera. So I am
now able to pursue it more.
I am 40 years old.I love Jesus with all my heart. I am an artist, musician, singer, songwriter,
Or Psalmwriter, poet...I LOVE EXPRESSING LIFE in all that I do and am.
My prayer is that I will BE an EXPRESSION of JESUS more and more. HE "IS" LIFE!
I look forward to listening and sharing more with all of you!

Here I am finally getting around to welcoming you Geri-Jean.  I'm really glad you're here!  Most of us here are purely amateur photogs, though we do have a couple of people who have advanced beyond that.  I myself am somewhat below amateur.  But I love the Christian fellowship - and I hope you will too.  By the way, one of the sub-folders here is poetry, so try it out!  I love that screen name "Awakened heart" - that's what we all need to be.
