Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

Hi!! Thanks!

My name is Kris,  I am a wife. a mother, and... a Professional Photographer.  Been talking with unsaved professionals for a while and with Christian standards decided it was time to find some photographers who share a similar passion,  being a Christ follower! :D

I currently shoot with a Canon 30d (but I am looking to upgrade one of these days to a Canon 5d)

My favorite lens is my 50mm fixed focal and I wish I could use it all the time!

I capture families and children.  I love taking picture of people.

Currently editing my pictures on a 9 year old computer, running Linux and using GIMP.  Will be updating to a MAC with photoshop in the future.  :D  I hate windows.  Just thought you all should know that now.  :D

I started my photography adventure when I was a child.  I received a camera as a child for Christmas.  Things really started for me 3 years ago when my son was born.  I pick up my camera and knew I could do better.  Soon m hobby turned into a profession (although I am still in training).   I am a photographer part time.  My first duties are to my husband and children.  When my season changes (i.e. they move out or are in high school)  I will move closer to more full time position in photography.

My small testimony,

I grew up in a Christian family.  Possibly got saved at the age of 5.  I had a passion for the lost, loved others,  you know did many of the things in the litmus test in 1 John.  It was not until I met my husbands family where I learned about repentance.  So,  just in case,  I got my knees a few years ago and made sure that I truly repented.  I knew it was ok to do this because of the verse in 2 Cor. 13:5 "Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates? "  I made sure I did that, that night.  I was prob saved at the age of five,  but, I knew it would not hurt to do it one more time :D.  Now my husband and I are evangelists and have a love and passion for sharing the gospel with the lost.

Looking forward to getting to know y'all!

We love smiley faces here.  We also love fellow Christians!    I am looking forward to seeing your photos, and would love to see your comments in our "coffee room" called Thoughts for the week.

May God richly bless you and your family.
