Well here's my story.
I'm a student at Mcfatter University in Davie Florida and I'm currently enrolled in there commercial photography program. I'm almost in my second semester.
Last night god gave me the one thing that made my life worth living. I wasn't suicidal if that's what you were just thinking lol but I really just didn't have a reason to be here. When I was in middle school I some how managed to make enemies with a gang. I was beaten,kicked,stabbed,bullied and,robbed,for a few years until I finally became home schooled. It was so bad that I involved my parents and police but nothing would stop them. They just kept coming. After trying everything I could possibly do to get them to leave me alone I was so afraid that one day they would catch me and kill me because nothing seemed to be working. My mom told me to just pray about it and god would take care of it. That night I really prayed for the first time with my mom.I asked the lord to please save that man. Its been 5-7 years since then and until last night its been sitting in the back of my mind,haunting me.I just couldn't let it go. Well last night I decided that I was going to throw a after party because my friends that were still in school had prom. Guess who shows up at my party! None other than Tim (the leader of the gang). I almost lost it on him. I'm not a little kid any more and I certainly wasn't going to have the main person that ruined most of my childhood in my own house. He didn't recognize me but I could never forget his face. So I approached him and told him to leave before something bad happens. I pulled him outside ready for revenge and do you know what happened!? The most amazing thing I've ever seen in my entire life! He apologized to me for all the things he had done and explained to me that he is now a changed man. Tim is now a christian. How could I hurt one of my brothers?? I burst into tears and forgave him. It meant more to me than anything. Honestly if I won the lotto that night it wouldn't have trumped what I saw. After all these years the lord chose to show me that he is real and really does answer prayers. I'm shaking just thinking about it. I've been all around the world and seen all sorts of amazing things like the Niagara falls, Europe, almost every state, even the twin towers but none of those things were more amazing than what the lord has given me. I finally was able let it go. I never would have thought that the lord could do some thing so amazing for me. It truly is a blessing and I thank god for being so good to me.

I live in Northern California,  very close tothe beautiful but cold Pacific Ocean. Redwwods surround this  beautiful part of Calfiornia.Marilyn
