Christian Photographers Community

I can't tell you how excited I was to find Christian Photographers.

I'm a freelance journalist, photojournalist, and author.  I started my photography career in journalism and never looked back.  I love taking photos and will take a photo of just about anything.  In fact, like most photographers, I believe digital cameras were invtented just for me. 

I was in Europe for three years and came back with hundreds of photos.  I'll need a new computer just to take care of all my files.

I love nature and much of my photography centers on that.  I try to show others the wonder of God's creation through photography.  I'll occasionally snap photos for various social events, etc., and use it in my freelance assignments.

Living in Arizona, I have the variety of awesome sunrises and glorious sunsets, not to mention the canyons and mountains -- lots of diversity there.

I hope to learn from all of you here and give back as much as I can.

I have three blogs now.  One is more of a devotional with comments about living our faith.  The other is just photos with scripture.  The final one is about Ireland.  After two visits there, I was hooked so I share my love of that country through photos and other Irish "stuff."

I can't wait to get to know others here.

Welcome Welcome Writegirl. So glad to have you join us here at CP. Everyday we meet in the Thoughts for the Week forum which is started fresh every Monday morning with a devotional. I hope to see you there.

I live in Northern California  on the coast and int he redwoods another great place for photography opportunities. I love to take pictures of Sunsets and sunrises too. Love the ocean, trees, flowers and wildlife. However, I haven't taken as many photos as I would like. Too busy working at my care provider to the elders job.

Right now I am care for a man who is dying with brain cancer and is completely bedridden.
