Iam using a Fuji  Finepix 602 for digital and a Nikon 35 mm for film, but one of the secrets of good sharp photography is as you probably know a good solid tripod! ;)

No kidding about the tripod.  I've learned to use one even with faster shutter speeds when possible.   I am also learning that exposure is vital as well.
