Thanks everyone. I realize that several of you are Canadians and thus don't celebrate Thanksgiving as a holiday, but as Christians it is indeed a daily celebration we all share!
We do celebrate Thanksgiving Ken just earlier in the year. For us it is the second Monday of October. John and I don't make the big deal of it that some families do, as he usually has had to work. If he is not working (driving truck) then we are cutting wood for the winter.
Our (John and mine) big day is Christmas. That is a celebration of Christ's birth, and we enjoy being with family and friends.
