I know this might sound trite but it has been ongoing for some nmonths now. Two things are a problem. First out hot water service died. We rang plumber he gave it a death certificate and we told him we would go to town and get a gas one. He said he'd be back next day to fit it. I find out after he has installed gas lines and everything that he is not gas qualified. I asked him to get someone in to fix the problem. He never did. 3 months later I ring around and no-one wants to touch it. This affects our insurance on house and warranty on gas hwater.
Secondly we have to connect to town common effluent and we have to have plans in by end of this month. I rang four plumbers who turned job down. The fith came out and said yes but four weeks later I still have no plan from him to submit to council.
I rang a plumber friend who lives about 200km away and he said he would do it, but everytime he makes plans to come his boss makes him work that weekend.
I also need my new gas stove fitted but can't get it done it sits in the shed and we can't get our rainwater into the house because the pump is broken and no plumber comes to fix it. We are on water restrictions here in South Australia and to be able to use the 3 rain water tanks inside would be great. Can you please pray for us, so we get it fixed before the insurance people get cross. :-[ :-\ :'(
I have said a little prayer about your problems. Something like you described can be a terrible stress. Hope help arrived or will shortly.
Keep smiling and God Bless.

I still cannot get a plumber to fix the gas hot water to make it legal and my new stove still sits in the garage gathering dust, while my old stove is slowly falling to pieces. What is God trying to teach me - apart from patience. I have a couple of volunteer catering tasks coming up at the end of the month for School and Kindy. It would be great to have an oven I know what the temp actually is.  : :'( :D
Perhaps the so called plumber should have had a bit of a Christian spirit when he took on the job without being qualified.
One of lifes learning curves which we can all relate to at times.
This is now a month and a half later, how are you making out with the repairs?
I have been praying.
