In September of last year, I mentioned my daughter had moved out and was seeking a divorce, due to abuse. We have prayed for reconciliation, since our God can do anything, but it has not taken place. Our daughter is in counseling which is helping. Next week, they go to mediation to become legally divorced. Please pray for our daughter and our 22 month old grandson.
This is a situation, I have met others, where he is very active in church and others think he is "such a good person". My daughter is having a hard time attending church and trusting the Lord.
Please pray for all of us, it is a tough time. Thank you.
Praying for all involved.

Me too.
Oh, dear. This is so sad. Yes, our Lord can do anything and I will be praying for you all. The poor little 22 month old! :( I'm so sad by this news.
Thank you each one for your prayers. Yes, Pat, my prayer is that God will help my husband and me to be whatever our grandson needs.
I once read that deciding to have children is like deciding to have your heart walking around outside your body. That it is.

Praying in the north.
Please pray for us. Our daughter was supposed to go to mediation tomorrow. Her husband called today and wants to move it to March 11. That is their son's birthday. I know God is in control, but how could a father be so uncaring as to want his divorce date on his son's birthday? Please pray for our daughter and for me. I am finding this so hard.
This is truly a tough time. We are praying.
Becky, this is so very hard. It must break your heart. (that's walking around outside your body).
I know that you know our wonderful Jesus is right there with you. Remember to press hard into His love and Wisdom. You can trust Him, honey. If nothing happens to the believer that the Lord hasn't allowed, then even the date of the mediation is in His hands. In His economy, nothing is wasted. He can use this for good.
I'm praying for peace in the midst of pain, for you and your daughter. :'(
Oh Father, I pray You'll manifest Your loving Hand in every bit of this. Father, I know that if You will, reconciliation can still take place. I pray that not only reconciliation, but fullest and deepest conversion may take place, and that love may cover the multitude of sins. Oh Father, glorify Yourself in all of this!
I'm so sorry that all this is happening. But God is bigger than all of it and he can restore anything.
Father,
Please put your hand upon this couple and reconcile them and restore their marriage and also help them to become one in the Lord. Put your comfort upon the child, Lord. Increase their faith in you and in each other. With you, God all things are possible. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Thank each of you for your prayers. I have prayed for reconciliation and tried to pray for it at other times. It has been difficult with the abuse that has occurred, yet even so, I know that it would be best and that God can heal all of that. So, thank you for the prayer that is near to my heart, yet difficult.
Thank you also for your prayers as knowing someone else is praying helps me when I struggle for peace.
Grace and peace to you,
Becky
Continuing to pray for your situation, Becky

Tomorrow, as mentioned, is our Grandson's birthday. He will be two.
It is also the day for the divorce mediation for his mom (our daughter) and dad.
Please lift them up in prayer. I have prayed for reconciliation and will continue to do so. I am also praying for healing, for my daughter, from the abuse, and for my son-in-law, that he will stop the abuse.
Becky
OK Know you are remembered in the north. Also I know that there is healing from abuse, for both the abuser and they one abused. I have seen it happen. Both have to be willing though. So Dear Lord I pray that these two be given a desire for healing and that they will seek out the appropriate person to counsel them as they go through the steps of forgiveness and healing. Father be with the little son, as his Mom tries to raise him to Honour you. Touch Becky's heart as she watches on. Let her know you are holding her in the palm of your hand. I ask this in Jesus name.
How did things go, Becky?
I'm just trying to get caught up and will remember you all in prayer tonight.
Father,
Please continue to watch over this couple, and please do your will in their relationship. Help her daughter heal from the abuse, put her body and heart at ease & peace, for you are our peace that surpasses all understanding. Change the heart of her husband, Lord. All things are possible with you. Please put your arms around the little boy, Father and keep him safe. Put your hand upon Becky, Lord as she is there for her daughter & grandson. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Amen to Kelly's prayer!
