Hey all... most of you won't know me as I don't spend much time on here. Just thought I'd pop in to let you all know that just this week I've seen the Lord's blessings in my life so much!
The main thing was on thursday night when I found out about an auction that included some cameras ten minutes before it started. My brother and I headed off to it. I bought a few things as it went along, and then I noticed a camera in a cabinet... I couldn't find it on the list but I kept looking and there it was - a Nikon D100. Yum! hehe so I waited till it came up, figuring out my maximum bid. And I won it! For NZ$850 (487 Euros, US$585)! I took a pretty big risk, not having had a chance to look at it at all before bidding on it. And again the lord blessed me! The listing said it had two lenses - but they aren't just average lenses... a Sigma 12-24 and a Nikon 24-120. And... a speedlight SB-80DX! So now I'm set for life, and it only took about three weeks wages (I'm working part-time). I already have a Nikon F80 so the transition will be easy - I haven't needed an instruction book yet! (I don't actually have one, but the two cameras are very similar...)
So I just want to encourage all of you in your faithful following of God, he blesses us so much!

Tim, it does sound like the Lord blessed you by putting you in the right place at the right time.  Thanks for sharing your blessing with us.
