Our Pastor always reminds us" if we're not in a Valley" it could be right around the corner. I spent today with my wife in the Gwinnett County Emergency Room. Since the sun was shinning brightly today, I had planned to go out and take some pictures. My wife called me and said she felt bad and I needed to come home. She will probably have to spend the night. They think she might have had a tiny stroke. It could have been worse. We've been watching the news and all the damage done by the Flood. The same Yellow River that is behind our house crested in Conyers, Georgia and flooded a lot of houses. Thanks for your continued prayers.
May the Lord bless & keep you
Steve
Steve, my prayers for your wife's quick recovery from whatever it was that happened.
I'll add your wife and the Atlanta area to our prayer list at church in just a few minutes Steve.

I'm praying, Steve.

Update on Louise. They think she had a Tiny Stroke. She's had one before but they didn't change her medicine. She's doing fine now but still in the Hospital as they monitor the effects of the new Blood Thinner Medicine they're trying. We haven't been apart much in our 26 years. So, pray for me also. I'm having to do what she normally does. She really is a wonderful Wife and friend. Thanks to all for your prayers.
Steve
I am also praying for you and your wife, Steve! :)
I am praying her to Steve.
Steve, thanks for updating us on her condition. Please keep us posted. My prayers continue, of course, for both Louise and you.
I am also praying for both of you.
God Bless.
Oh Father, I pray for Steve and Louise. I pray You'll move in their lives and in their hearts to produce confidence and joy in You. Oh enable them to see Your blessed hand in all these things and to praise You accordingly through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Father, I add my prayers to those above listed. Please comfort Steve and give him peace as you continue your healing work in Louise's body. Give them both assurance of your love and presence with them and bring them through this trial with songs of deliverance and praise to your mighty name. In Jesus' name, amen.
Steve, I didn't realize you also live in Gwinnett County, as I do. I live out in the Grayson area. Glad to read that your wife is doing better and that it was a tiny stroke.
Steve, how is Louise doing?
She's doing great now. They got the new medicine regulated and took her off one of the Blood Pressure medicine. Thanks for asking and all the prayers that went up for Louise. :groupwave: :cp:

I love that little hymn that goes,
Praise the Savior, you who know Him,
Who can tell how much we owe Him?
Gladly let us render to Him,
All we are and have.
I love it as well, Alan...

We thank Thee,
and praise Thy glorious Name.
1 Chronicles 29:13
Words: Thomas Kelly
Music: Acclaim, traditional German melody
Praise the Savior, ye who know Him!
Who can tell how much we owe Him?
Gladly let us render to Him
All we are and have.
Jesus is the Name that charms us,
He for conflict fits and arms us;
Nothing moves and nothing harms us
While we trust in Him.
Trust in Him, ye saints, forever,
He is faithful, changing never;
Neither force nor guile can sever
Those He loves from Him.
Keep us, Lord, O keep us cleaving
To Thyself, and still believing,
Till the hour of receiving
Promised joys with Thee.
Then we shall be where we would be,
Then we shall be what we should be,
Things that are not now, nor could be,
Soon shall be our own.

Steve, "This is the confidence we have in him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us and we know if he hears us, we have the petition we desire of him"
We know Jesus spent his time on earth healing the sick and we know he did his father's will.
Father, we thank you for total healing and complete restoration for Steve's wife. In Jesus' name, amen.
Hi Steve,
Praise God! So happy to hear your wife is better. I will send up prayers for her continued recovery. :)
